Info kiosks (information kiosk) or information totems are a universal way to communicate with a user or passenger in any place – a shopping centre, at the city hall, at the old town or airport, at the bus station and at the interchange centre. The size and shape depend on the needs of the client and location. Information totems and info kiosks are part of smart city and work just as well in tourist information as advertising.
