There are 39 new passenger information boards in Zabrze, manufactured by Dysten.  Most of them are located at the main bus station – Goethe street, and the Rokitnica bus terminus  (Zabrze – Rokitnica district).

Dysten extends the existing Dynamic Passenger Information System in the Metropolis GZM (Górnośląsko – Zagłębiowska Metropolia on the South Poland). The total number of new DIP locations in this project exceeds 460 tram and bus stops.

Technology

All displays are built in LED amber technology, and equipped with a real-time clock and the TTS (Text-to-Speech) system. The TTS system reads all information aloud from the display after pressing the illuminated key. The devices also have high resolution surveillance cameras installed. The boards display real time bus or tram arrivals. The matrices can display any text warnings.
