Displays for interchange hub in Mikołów
Dysten has signed the contract for manufacturing passenger information boards in Mikołów. The company will deliver, launch, and integrate 6 displays with the Dynamic Passenger Information System. Double-sided, 6-line LED boards will be additionally equipped with the TTS (Text-to-Speech) system. After pressing a key built into the pole, TTS unit will read all information from the display. The implementation is scheduled for the end of the year.
Passenger information devices are part of the investment within the construction of a transfer center /hub in Mikołów and a project of the City Hall developing low-emission transport. The European Union will fund 95 percent of the cost of the entire project. The General Contractor is MWM from Gliwice.
