GZM metropolis – another passenger information displays
The implementation of the largest Real-time Passenger Information System in Poland is slowly coming to an end.
Dysten manufactured, installed and launched another eighty real-time Passenger Information Boards in LED amber technology. All devices are double-sided, equipped with a high-resolution 360-degree monitoring system. Each of them has an integrated TTS (Text-to-speech System), activated by pressing the illuminated button on the pole.
The panes flush with the housings are equipped with special anti-glare filters. The displays have very wide viewing angles, and the trapezoid-shaped housings increase the ease of reading the content. Both the Dysten displays and the TTS system can be mounted on various supporting structures, walls and facades.
The sensors reduce the light intensity of the matrix in the evening to avoid dazzling the drivers. They also inform the traffic control system about events such as opening the housing, impact or glass breakage. High quality, durability and reliability are guaranteed by Dysten, in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
The implementation and expansion of the metropolitan area’s DPIS currently includes over 460 displays boards, the sdip.metropoliaztm.pl passenger portal, M2GO application for smartphones and the Traffic Control System.
